Question 1

Do you actually manufacture the furniture yourselves?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everything we sell is built in our own Johannesburg workshop by our own team — we don't import or resell. You're welcome to visit the floor and watch your piece being made.

Question 2

Can you build to my own dimensions?

Accepted Answer

That's most of what we do. Send us measurements, a photo or a rough sketch and we'll draw it up, quote a fixed price, and build it to fit. There's no design fee for custom work.

Question 3

How long does an order take?

Accepted Answer

In-stock pieces usually ship within 3–5 working days. Custom and made-to-order pieces typically take 3–5 weeks from the day you approve the drawing and finish.

Question 4

What does delivery cost and where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We deliver nationwide with our own crew. Delivery within Gauteng is free on orders over R10 000; elsewhere it's quoted per order based on distance and volume. Our team carries the piece in and assembles it in the room.

Question 5

What materials do you use?

Accepted Answer

Mainly solid pine, oak and meranti, powder-coated steel frames, and upholstery-grade fabrics and genuine leather. We'll always tell you exactly what a piece is made of before you order — no vague 'wood effect' descriptions.

Question 6

Is there a guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Every piece carries a 5-year guarantee against workmanship defects. If a joint fails or a finish lifts under normal household use, we repair or replace it.

Question 7

Can I see a piece before I buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes — visit the workshop during business hours to see current stock and material samples in person. If you're far away, we'll send detailed photos and video of your actual piece while it's being built.
